What is Jobfynder?
Jobfynder is the professional network built for US IT staffing — where relationships are verified, submissions are tracked, and placements accelerate. It replaces scattered WhatsApp hotlists, spreadsheets, and email threads with one connected workflow: Connect → Submit → Place.
Who is Jobfynder for ?
Jobfynder is built for Bench Sales Recruiters (BSRs) and Recruiters/Account Managers in US IT staffing — both are equally core to how the platform works, since one side posts jobs and the other markets consultants against them. Consultants also use the platform, in the minimum way needed to complete that workflow — reviewing a submission, tracking status. Jobfynder is not built for enterprise ATS replacement, internal/corporate recruiting, or non-IT staffing verticals — the underlying idea (a verified digital record of your work) applies to any recruiting professional, but the current product is purpose-built for the staffing-agency bench-sales workflow specifically.
What does "verified" actually mean right now?
Today, "verified" means Basic Verification: email confirmation, profile completeness, and manual review by our team. It does not currently mean government ID verification, employment/credential verification, or a background check. We're transparent about this because trust claims matter — we'd rather under-promise here than let "verified" mean less than it sounds like.
Is Jobfynder Free ?
Yes, at launch. Jobfynder is free during the current early-access phase. We plan to introduce a paid "Pro" tier for BSRs in the future, but only once the core workflow has proven itself with real, sustained usage — not before. We'll announce pricing clearly, in advance, before any charge ever applies to your account.
What channels does Jobfynder work with?
Jobfynder is built around five channels: Email, Telegram, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, and Slack. These are the channels Jobfynder can parse job requirements and hotlists from, and where you can expect Jobfynder's presence and notifications to show up.
Is my data or my consultant's resume shared publicly?
No. Job and consultant information is shared only with the parties relevant to a specific workflow — e.g., a consultant's profile is visible to the BSR representing them and the recruiter they're introduced to for a specific job. Jobfynder does not currently have public profile browsing, public reviews, or public ratings.
Can Recruiters and Consultants sign up directly?
At launch, Jobfynder onboards a limited, invited group — BSRs first, with recruiter and consultant accounts connected through them. Broader open registration will follow as the platform proves out its core workflow.
What happens to my data if reviews/marketplace features launch later?
If Jobfynder introduces public reviews, ratings, or marketplace transactions in the future, we'll update our Privacy Policy and clearly communicate any new data use before those features go live — not after.
